I am thinking about giving this program a try.  You sign up for a monthly program and at the end, you get a free exclusive album that will not be sold anywhere except to participants of this program.  Here's what you get:

Double Layout kit each month

Sketches: BasicGrey will continue to include layout sketches for every month.

Simplified, improved full-color instructions: instructions will be more basic and easy-to-follow with a large image of the layout for reference.

Techniques: each month, your students will learn one new tech- nique to incorporate in their scrapbooking.

New generic themes: your students will have different themes to choose from, with different journaling prompts so that they can scrap about whatever they want—and let their imagination and creativity soar.

FREE EXCLUSIVE ALBUM

It will use new product instead of past lines

Can be done here at the store, or sent out as a kit.

Please let me know if you are interested in this... Program starts shipping in Feb and spills over into beginning of next year for 12 pages

Oh, this sounds cool! What would the cost be if those of us who aren't there and would need to get it shipped decide to particpate? This sounds like something I'd really enjoy if it's reasonably priced!

The kits retail for $21.  I would sell mine for $19.99 (Remember, this includes the album at the end...)

For those that need it shipped, I would look at the actual cost and try to discount the price a bit..maybe split the shipping with you..

Another option is, it's always cheaper to ship more in a larger package that two smaller ones.  When I get the first shipment, I would take two of them and find out the cost and give you the option of having me ship two kits every other month instead.  I could still invoice you monthly so you don't get hit with the bigger charge every other month.

I'll find out more about what's included but if it's like every other BG kit, there is ALWAYS extra stuff in there.

That sounds reasonable! Let me know about the shipping when you know! Also too, is it full sheets of paper or is it pre-cut to follow the "class"? Do the things to do the techniques (stamps, rub-ons, ink, etc.) come with the kit too, or is it mostly paper?

Nordica - I am assembling the kits so it's probably a bit of both - meaning some strips and some whole.  In the past, things like rub ons and such were also included, and there have always been extra.  I just finished the sample kit from Feb's Sugar Rush class and there were indeed plenty of extras.  I can't imagine them including whole stamps or inks due to cost.

For things like techniques - check out the first example from last year - the November kit.  See the bird's tail?  That's probably an example of the techniques.  I will look at it each month.  If I feel it's not completely clear, I will post a video on how to do it so you won't feel lost.  Plus of course, you guys can contact me here or via my email.
