Hey Shelby!
Just saw this cool new embossing powder from American Crafts called Zing. The colors are supposedly beautiful and it is supposed to do really small details. I'd love to play with it! Any chance you could order some?
Thanks, Allison

My distributor doesn't carry, but I've inquired with the PA sales rep...give me some time to work on this... What colors btw...? I am thinking the glitters would be cool?

The glitter looks cool - but you know I'm not much of a sparkle girl so I was was hoping for some opaques - specifically leaf, lavender, blush and chestnut! Thanks for looking into it - you're the best.

No Problem. I'm sure I can find some other American Crafts to fill it out, and I can check to see if my distributor is going to pick it up too...

Sure I will.....just as soon as you leave the instructions on HOW to post LO's..... Hi Meg! You have to host a pic of the layout somewhere (like on photobucket or somewhere) and then just put the image code in your post. I know on photobucket you can copy the image code with the link right from their site, or you can just put the link in your post here and click the little "Insert Image" button on the post edit screen and it will add the code for you. If you need any help send me a message!

It's funny that you should mention ribbon... I just found 2 great new suppliers, one for ribbon and one for buttons. Buttons are here and fabulous! I restocked the embellishment bar but also will be selling little bottles in assorted colors.
But the ribbon is great. Got some really interesting stuff, like die cut leaves, black bats, red reindeer, yellow ducks, pink daisies, orange pumpkins... Also bought some stuff that would be great trim for flowers. Will see how that is and if like, will go with more of the fancier trims.
For those that don't know, while I don't have ribbon on the web, it's available at the embellishment bar for .25 a foot (although the die cut stuff will probably be a bit more) I like selling by the foot rather than the yard, because then you can get exactly what you need.

I don't think you would call this a "hot" product...but I used to get page protectors from Target and they no longer sell them. I really need some. I like putting my embellishments and sketches of what I want the pages to look like in them.

Actually, Heather, Page protectors are the hot item of the day. why? Let me explain.
A lot of people, myself included really like Creative Memories albums. Their quality cannot be beat and they are guaranteed for life. However, they around $30 and start adding the costs of the pages in at $17 per pack, and you've got yourself a hefty price tag.
So I buy empty albums (coversets) from CM and use Westrim white strap hinge page refills and page protectors. They work great!
Now, Cm is shifting over to a true 12 x 12 (the only size actually measured 12 x 11 1/2 and you either had to trim down your pages or have them overlap onto the protective edges which is what I did. So Westrim is shifting over too. But, they are having a problem with their supplier and have been back ordered for months. AT one time, I had over $500 in (back) orders, but slowly people are giving up and paying the twice as high CM price just to finish their albums.
So, the deal is, eventually I will have page protectors again, hopefully next month is what I was told, and then I will stock them always as a "never out" item. But in the mean time, we have to wait for Westrim to solve their supplier problem...
